• You must not upload any files that you do not have the legal right to process or convert.
• You must not upload any copyrighted documents or materials without proper authorization.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our tools complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• We process files automatically and do not review file contents. You acknowledge that you upload files at your own risk.

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by VellixioTech, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

All tools, user interfaces, designs, logos, and software on the Site belong to VellixioTech. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent.

However, users retain full ownership of any files they upload or generate using our free tools. We claim no ownership rights over user-uploaded or user-generated content.
